Michaela founded Strawberry.London in spring 2017 after more than 20 years in the strategic communications, public relations and events industry – across private and public sector – delivering high impact stakeholder management, large scale events and media handling, nationally and globally.
An experienced director with a wealth of expertise and some great achievements under her belt including creating high delivering teams, impactful media coverage, successful digital comms campaigns, a number of large scale Expo’s and a growing reputation for delivering some super slick innovator learning and sharing events.
Previous chair of the national AHSN Comms Directors Forum and national lead for the AHSN Network strategic events for the last four years, Michaela is a well networked, capable and determined entrepreneur who is skilled in achieving success for her clients through integrated high quality communications with a focus on raising profiles through media, events and digital channels.
Originally an aircraft engineer with British Aerospace she has a fascination for aviation – and she’s also a bit of a tech geek!
Helen Olszowska – Associate Communications Manager and Social Media Expert
Helen is a strategic and creative digital marketeer who specialises in social media management and campaigns for purpose-led organisations. She has 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, building engaged communities through digital marketing campaigns and events.
With an impressive track record in marketing communications and logistics for large-scale events, Helen understands the needs of Strawberry.London’s clients and produces valuable content to help meet them.
Helen has worked nationally across the UK health and social care sector and globally on human rights as UK Associate Director for Development and Outreach at Human Rights Watch.
Helen has a passion for writing and editing – getting lost in words while her coffee goes cold.
Lucy Hose – Associate Communications Manager and DigiComms Expert
Lucy is a strong, reliable and capable marketing communications professional who’s worked around the world across academia, health, and private sector B-to-C organisations. For Lucy the world is her office and she’s always on hand to support or deliver from wherever she’s located – except when we allow her some well-earned time off!
Lucy is a successful brand marketing and communications professional with a proven track record of launching major UK advertising and brand campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. She’s also a workshop facilitator and event speaker, specialising in digital communications technology and social media.
Exploring Asia while teaching English gave Lucy her greatest assets of patience, enthusiasm and great communication skills!

An experienced designer, he has a wealth of professional design expertise in all areas of graphic design across a range of industries. From logos, flyers and publications to large scale exhibition panels David has the experience and skillset to deliver high-quality design for any brief.
